Our team at DMG was tasked with transforming a dreary garage into a custom bar space fit for a private golf club at Balmoral. The project began with a full demo of all walls and ceiling, followed by the construction of a full-length partition wall for added storage.
We then installed new insulation and drywall before sketching and building a one-of-a-kind custom bar. The finishing touches included custom millwork, lighting, and finishes that gave the space the polished look of a private golf club.
The result was a stunning transformation that left our client's friends and family tee-ing up to raise a glass and toast to a hole-in-one renovation.
